Les
Gourmandises Restaurant opened June 2002. Pat and Soizic Kiely,
chef and owners of the restaurant trained in England for over 6
years where they worked for some of the top Michelin star restaurants
and chefs.

years ago they decided to come back to Ireland and setup in Dublin.
Pat worked as a Sous Chef and Soizic as Head Sommeter for the 2**
Michelin restaurant Patrick Guilbaud on Merion Square. The couple
then ran Kish restaurant in Dalkey but finally decided it was time
to do it for themselves.
Pat being from Cork, they decided to come home and open their own
venture.
The
restaurant is located in the heart of the Cork City. The menu is
based on the French cuisine, using fresh produce from the local
market.
Using all their previous experience, Pat and Soizic are now offering
a new experience to the diners of Cork City.
