 Castletownbere crab with cucumber, potato crisp, radish & parsley oil.

Cured salmon with beetroot , basil & lime mayonnaise .

French country style pork terrine with Parma ham , apple puree & black pudding beignet.

Foie gras & chicken liver parfait , poached pears, ginger bread & pear jelly.

Tomato & red pepper soup with goat cheese & tomato ravioli.

Main Course,

  Roasted smoked cod, braised lentils , carrot & spring onions.

          Fillet of Irish beef , baked polenta, tomatoes , roasted cauliflowers & double fried chips.  (€5.50supplement)

 Roasted duck leg confit , turnips, white cabbage & cheese tartiflette.

Roasted guinea fowl, ragout of baby onions , mushrooms , smoked bacon , a mushroom sauce.

Cork lamb , the shoulder & the  loin , barley, cabbage & mushrooms ketchup.
