 Baby peas panacotta with castletownbere crab & mascarpone

House smoked mackerel, pickled cauliflower, carrot, basil & lime mayonnaise.

Main Course,

  Baked fillet of salted cod served with a ragout of butter beans & chorizo , spinach.

          Roasted fillet of beef ,mushrooms tempura, Jerusalem artichoke & homemade chips.  (€5.50supplement)

 Roasted duck leg confit , charred gem lettuce, carrot puree, apple & Rosscarbery black pudding croquette, pomegranate.

Slow cooked belly of pork , smoked potato puree, parsnip tagliatelle , broad beans

Braised lamb shoulder , polenta , wild garlic pesto ,broad beans.
