Dinner Menu – 2 course €39.50, 3 course €47.50

The dished which are marked with a star will be priced 2 course 27.50 , 3 course 32.50 , available Tuesday to Friday and Saturday from 6pm to 7pm.


Starters

Dublin bay prawns served with mango crème fraiche & mango jelly.

 Goat milk parfait with onion marmalade , tomato bread ,citrus dressing.

French country style pork terrine , pickled mushrooms & warm pork beignet.

*Roasted butternut squash soup served with Cashel blue cheese & spiced beef croquette.

Main Course,

*  Baked fillet of salted cod with celeriac puree, pickled mushrooms & shaved chestnut..

          Roasted fillet of beef , pearl barley risotto , smoked carrot & onion puree  (€5.50supplement)

 Roasted duck leg confit , beetroot & chicory,

*Slow cooked belly of pork, Rosscarbery black pudding & choucroute.

Braised lamb shoulder with sweetcorn , baby potatoes & oyster mushrooms tempura.
